A solid return visit - good value.
It's a nicely presented property - despite shared facilities it never feels inconvenient due to the amount of bathrooms and showers. Basic continental breakfast is provided. The area is safe, with nice cafes, bars, restaurants in close walking distance. Metro is very convenient. TV with streaming capabilities and strong wifi.

- • My room was on the bottom floor, single - so small but adequate. The acoustics were very bad compared to last stay here - everything that happens in the kitchen, every door, every footstep reverberates in this room loudly. The bed wasn't super comfortable. The room had a musty smell to begin with and the window had no privacy looking straight onto the shared courtyard. Prices seem to have increased a lot from earlier stay although grand final weekend is a factor. PSA DON'T RESPOND TO ANYONE ON WHATSAPP ASKING TO CONFIRM BOOKING - I was advised this was scammers by reception. No reflection on business itself.
