- • I think the room we were given had not been used for a long time. Initially we were given a room which wasn't made... I found it strange that reception didn't know the room they were assigning to us was unkempt. Our fridge wasn't even working in the room given afterwards. We had to have it replaced which says much.

The hotel was nice, but the receptionist could have been more welcoming and friendly.
The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The city view was beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience!

- • To be honest, this was the first time I encountered hotel staff, especially the receptionist, who did not seem properly trained to welcome guests with a smile or a friendly attitude. I believe receptionists should receive better training on how to interact with guests in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner.
Exceptional Service During a Stressful Situation
I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza and want to highlight the amazing support I received from the staff. I found myself in an extremely stressful situation during my stay, and the team went above and beyond to help. The staff were extremely helpful and considerate at every step, taking the time to understand what I needed and handling everything with genuine care. Their professionalism and kindness made a real difference — what could have been an overwhelming experience was made so much easier thanks to their excellent support. It's rare to encounter this level of attentive, compassionate service, and it truly stood out. I'm very grateful to the team for turning a difficult moment into a manageable one, and it's a big part of why I'd happily return to this hotel. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness, warmt and professionalism!
