- • Food was awful. Crispy duck salad full of water. Breakfast cold and dried out. Couldnt even drink tea as was one of those constantly boiled things! Terrible.Staff, other than reception were inattentive. You came here EVERYTHING through the room walls. This place has NO atmosphere. Drab and very 'Fawlty Towers'

- • The air condition was broken. I got a message at 13:00 to say they were working on it. Unfortunately it was not fixed. I had to get up at 03:00 for an early flight. I couldn’t sleep it was so hot and neither could my partner or two kids. Extremely disappointed to say the least. If I knew this was the case, I would have booked somewhere else.
