- • My experience was quite uncomfortable, especially around the adults’ pool. I was there with my partner, and there were several groups of young men who were heavily intoxicated and kept bothering and making unwanted comments toward us. I did not feel comfortable or relaxed at all, and it really affected my overall experience at the hotel. I believe the management should pay much closer attention to what is happening around the adults’ pool and take action to prevent this kind of behavior.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels in the area, with available services and a helpful staff, especially Mr. Majed from the reception.

Worldwind of emotions
I like the pool and the quiet location and enjoyed the entertainment provided and I appreciated how quick the staff and managers were able to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

- • I didn't like the housekeeping; they could have cleaned better by emptying the bins in the room, and the late check-in time at 15:00 could be earlier as half the day is gone.

- • Reception: I had guests and wanted to bring them to the resort, so I wanted to make sure they were settled. After I brought them, the receptionist said that I had to stay with them in the room and pay for the fact that I had to stay with them for an hour or two.
