- • Requested early check-in, but one of the rooms wasn't ready beyond the check-in time.
I was hesitant to book this hotel. However, the hotel staff were able to prove me wrong! We had a very wonderful stay. The hotel staff were very welcoming from the moment we arrived until we left. The receptionist upgraded some of the rooms. The room service team was outstanding. They took immediate action for requests and paid extra attention to cleaning. The hotel will be a must-stay for me again for future visits.
