Spectacular attention! The room we had had a very nice sea view. The restaurants were a delight. The Italian restaurant and the shows stole our hearts! The children's daycare was very nice

Comfortable, functional, and beautiful hotel
We loved the room, the oceanfront view, friendly staff, good quality drinks, and the cafeteria area — with a good variety of coffees, pastries, and crepes

On the positive side, the hotel still has some real strengths: * Very good location, about a 20-minute walk from the center. * Beautiful sea, probably one of the highlights of the stay. * Very comfortable, pleasant, and well-equipped sea view room. * Quality meals, with varied dining options

- • Unfortunately, the hotel's policy tarnished our stay. We constantly felt monitored: pool police, restaurant police, activity police... Too many rules and controls for a hotel where people come primarily to relax. A quite revealing example: I was asked to sign a document just to borrow three towels to go to the beach, while being told that they were doing me "a favor". The same goes for the restaurants in the evening: mandatory advance reservation, with a penalty of $25 per person for non-compliance. Individually, some rules can be understood, but their accumulation makes the atmosphere oppressive and gives the impression of being constantly under control. It's a shame because it clearly spoiled part of our experience.

- • Nos alojamos en el tercer piso y encontramos que estaba consistentemente más caliente que los pisos de nuestros amigos que estaban en el primero y segundo. El calor sube, por supuesto, pero el aire acondicionado no podía mantenerse al día. Aún así, nos encantó nuestra habitación.
Gran experiencia familiar, simplemente comimos fuera del complejo varias veces para disfrutar de una mejor comida

El mejor resort de todos
Vinimos aquí para nuestra luna de miel y tuvimos el mejor tiempo de nuestras vidas! ¡Todo el personal es tan amable y acogedor! ¡Son tan atentos! ¡La comida es absolutamente increíble! Mi esposo tiene enfermedad celíaca, así que estábamos preocupados por la contaminación cruzada y las opciones de comida, ¡pero fueron MUY complacientes con su alergia! Tenían muchas opciones y sustitutos sin gluten. ¡Pudo comer mucho más de lo que pensábamos que podría! ¡Todo el resort estaba tan limpio y acogedor! ¡Fue muy divertido estar justo al lado del puerto de cruceros y pasear por la ciudad! ¡Recomendaría al 100% Cozumel Palace!
