- • The air conditioning doesn't work well... There were many guests in the room, so the air conditioning was overloaded and not working properly. They just said it's not working well and brought in a fan, but didn't check the air conditioning. However, the air conditioning didn't work at all until the next morning (I checked by putting a tissue in front of the air conditioning, but there was no movement). It was midsummer and the temperature rose to 39 degrees, there were no windows to open in the room, so we had to manage with just one fan. Saying that the air conditioning in all rooms is not working properly seems like they are running the hotel without considering all guests. If not, could it be that the building design and air conditioning system were faulty from the start? Also, the underground parking lot had no ventilation system, should I say it smelled like gas, the temperature was very high and the smell was unpleasant.
