A quality establishment, ideally located.
The hotel is located in a typical building of Alsatian architecture. It was renovated in 2009. As a result, the facilities are recent and of a very good standard. The rooms are air-conditioned, which was greatly appreciated during the heatwave. The staff at the reception and on the floors are smiling and competent. My room overlooked the inner courtyard, allowing me to sleep in silence. Being on the upper floor, the room opened onto a very pleasant small terrace. The little treats upon arrival in the room add a welcome touch of attention. The breakfast is plentiful, varied, and of excellent quality. The establishment is located a few steps from the cathedral area, a bit set back, which avoids the tourist hustle and bustle.

- • Unfortunately, breakfast in the courtyard was only possible from around 08:30. Basically understandable in order not to disturb the guests in the rooms above the courtyard. However, since guided tours already take place early next to the breakfast area (people who also chat happily) and then photos etc. are taken in the hotel courtyard, this is not entirely understandable. Even without the cup of coffee, you can talk to each other in the courtyard ...;-) and possibly disturb others.
