- • It was very dated, almost everything in the room was broken or very dirty, chose to pay at the property however got a call hours before we arrived that our card was getting declined and if we didn’t give them a new card our room would be canceled. The Indian man wanted to argue with me (the wife) when I told them that I selected to pay when I got there and was not giving my card number over the phone but when my husband got on the phone and stated the same thing then it was no longer an issue. The beds were so small and hard like sleeping on a rock. We checked out at 6:30am and turned in our room key, however about 4 hours after we left I got a text that if we did not check out soon we would be charged extra, so I had to call and remind them to check us out.
The room was smelly and the carpets were dirty. The bathroom was very unsanitary. The floor tiles were filthy. The bathtub made my skin crawl. There was rust in the corner of the bathroom. The bathroom door hangs too high up off the floor. Bugs were crawling on the bathroom floor. Lots of holes in the curtains. The bed was hard and the cloth chair in the room was dirty and not comfortable at all. The pool room was very, very hot and muggy. I only stayed one(1) day. I've checked out on June 13th, 2026. Because the smell made me very nauseous.

Don’t waste your time
There were stains on the bathroom wall, shower curtain, window curtains and some furniture. I had to clean the ENTIRE room including the bathroom floor. Inside two drawers was hair and two of the pillows on my bed looked as if they had been slept on (they were dingy and wrinkled). I had to request all new bedding. The closet was not useable due to the door being broken off the tracks and leaning. Our room #116, shared a wall with the kitchen. Every morning, I was awakened around 5am with banging noises. I would not recommend this particular Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. I was extremely disappointed.
