- • I didn't like being charged twice for the room I reserved and paid for upon arrival. I was also charged an additional $75 with no explanation. I was unaware of the $5.00 parking fee. The hotel parking lot was blocked off when I returned from a concert. If a hotel worker had not been in the parking lot, I do not believe I would have had a space available. I tried calling the hotel during the day and night, but no one answered the phone. I received a text message saying someone would call me shortly, but no one ever did.

overall the stay was nice
Location was perfect and the area was very decent. I would return to this location in the future. Some staff had issues with our kids, but the management staff handled the issue promptly. Front desk staff was great.
