Stylish ambiance
Very upscale ambiance in a historic style. Very spacious and tastefully decorated room. The breakfast buffet was abundant, and my food allergy was taken into great consideration. The staff is very attentive. Outstanding was our friendly concierge, Marco, who helped us with every request, no matter how insignificant. He made our stay even more enjoyable with his warmth. Without people like Marco, the hotel would just be a beautiful building.

- • The transportation costs to the airport (50€ in cash to the driver or 60€ billed by the hotel) are excessively expensive. Although we were received very comfortably and the ride in the luxurious transport was very pleasant, the cost does not match the price and service. We were also shocked by the very high laundry bill. For example, 10€ for a T-shirt! This is far too high for Latin America, including Peru. We had a garden suite with a terrace, which is partially subject to a tremendous noise level. Right next to it is a sports field, the volume of which drowns out our conversations on the terrace. Loudspeaker announcements also start here in the early morning hours. Fortunately, the windows were well glazed, and there was less noise in the room itself.

Superb stay, felt very well looked after.
Super efficient staff, every single member of staff encountered during my stay was open and friendly, beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast, coffee and tea in room, restaurant food excellent - best nicoise salad ever! Flight delayed - staff managed to let me keep my room until I departed. Absolutely deserves to be a leading hotel.

- • Booked a suite, but the first room is practically unusable as the entrance to the bathroom is through the bedroom. Just a waste of extra space
