- • I returned to this hotel because I had a very good experience on a previous visit. However, this time the room was not in the cleanliness conditions that correspond to an establishment of this category: the floor had footprints marks and the windows were dirty. I also consider the courtesy supplies to be insufficient. Leaving only one tea bag and one coffee bag per person is scarce and not in line with the rate paid. In my case, I even paid more for a loft for one night than what I paid last year for a suite for two nights, so I expected a higher quality standard. As positive aspects, I highlight the excellent attention of the check-in staff, as well as the breakfast and the pool, which were very good. I trust that they can correct these details, as they are precisely what make the difference in the guest's experience.
Excellent attention from the staff, I went with my elderly mother and they were busy and concerned about her well-being. Morena, the hotel's restaurant, very good, good value for money, delicious food.

- • When it rains, a lot of water enters the balcony and the floor gets flooded. The pool should have a capacity limit. There were too many people in a small space.
