Excellent service, a very comfortable stay, we would definitely come back
We arrived quite early, at around 9:00 am, and were staying in a Club Room with access to the Cordis Club Lounge. As soon as our room became available, the hotel kindly arranged an early check-in for us at around 10:00 am. We would like to thank all the hotel staff, and especially Michelle at the Cordis Club Lounge reception, for her excellent service, professionalism and genuinely warm and welcoming attitude. We really appreciated that the hotel went beyond its usual policies to accommodate us, including both an early check-in and a late check-out. Everything throughout the hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We had a very comfortable and quiet room with a great view, which made our stay particularly relaxing. The food and drinks served in the Cordis Club Lounge were very good, even serving sparkling wine during breakfast at the Club Lounge, and the buffet breakfast in the main restaurant offered an even wider and more impressive selection. We also really enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool and the hot sauna, which were a great addition to the overall experience. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Cordis Hong Kong. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, a comfortable room, great Club Lounge facilities and the hotel's flexibility made a very positive impression on us. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hong Kong and would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the hotel! Loved the hospitality of all the staff and all the simplicity and kindness with which they treat everyone. I believe this is very important to feel that you are in a space where they value and respect who you are.

- • The room has dust on the furniture like the bedside table and around the bathtub. There was no children's shampoo and conditioner kit in the room for my daughter and there was no water provided.

Very worthy hotel
Location - close to the metro and Nathan Road shopping street. Very convenient. The hotel is very well-maintained with a high level of service. The staff looks well-trained, polite, and friendly at the same time. Rooms with magnificent views. Cleanliness in the rooms is top-notch. Breakfasts are excellent in quality and variety of dishes. In addition, there is a business lounge where you can have a good snack.
