- • The breakfast is not particularly good for a 5-star hotel. The menu is almost always the same. Room smells partly like cigarettes

Excellent location but not good value for the price
Location of the hotel was excellent, with quick access to the Mongkok station and there is a mall right across the street from the hotel. Breakfast at the Club Lounge was very decent and had a good variety of Western and Asian fare

- • The hotel was dated (especially the rooms) and I didn't think it delivered good value for what it charged. We didn't have a positive check-in experience. Even though I had my partner's name in the booking, they gave him a very difficult time at check-in. After a long day at work, it was not exactly the thing he needed to deal with for that amount of money we paid for the hotel room
