- • Security. The door of the room was damaged and wouldn't close. The staff was informed but did not fix it

Located in the middle of the city, within walking distance from the main train station. Price/performance ratio unbeatable for the location. Nice service, good beer. Comfortable bed. I had a room with toilet/sink, shower in the common area. Common area (at least at 06:30 in the morning) clean. Street noise is present, but I found it very tolerable and it didn't disturb my sleep.

The staff were lovely and so helpful. I arrived at 1am as I had issues with a different booking so I didn't have anywhere to sleep. One of the men in the bar helped me with a new booking as I was exhausted and worried I was going to do something wrong. He explained everything to me and checked me in so I could go to bed. I'd booked a single person capsule but the bed was closer to the size of a double which was nice so I don't think it feels too claustrophobic

- • There's no plugs near the bed you have a USB/USB C port so people were doing their hair in the 'bathroom' which would be fine except it's a hallway with bedrooms opposite and 4 showers and 3 toilets and 1 sink. People were often doing their hair at the sink, where the only plug was. My room didn't have a sink so I would either have to interrupt them or wait. If there was a specific room with toilets and 2/3 sinks with plugs this would be fine. I had similar issues just wanting to use the toilets and wash my hands after. The entire floor shares the bathroom so I often felt there weren't enough toilets. I always made sure to shower late in the evening when it was quiet but if you're wanting to shower before checking out it'll be busy. Overall I am happy with the place but I do believe I'm a lot more accepting as I knew it was either this place or nowhere for the night. I just wanted somewhere safe and clean to sleep the first night which it was.

- • I was at the hostel for only one night with my partner and we stayed in the capsule. This was a new experience for us, so we didn't know what to expect. Unfortunately I wouldn't try again as ventilation in the capsule was very bad. There were some sort of AC but was loud, and if you turned it off then it would get very humid in the room. Also capsules room did not have a shared bathroom in the room, but you had to go somewhere else (which I didn't like). Also there we no lockers and people were just putting their luggages under their capsule (for those staying on the bottom part of the 'bunk bed' kind of capsule system). We really disliked this, as there was no way to lock away your belongings either than putting them inside the capsule itself. Also, the whole place works with digital lockers connected to a website so even to get in your own capsule you need to open it with your phone. We really didn't like this and would have preferred an electronic card instead. Basically if your phone dies on the way back you are locked out of everything... Also the lack of complete personnel around, but only in the bar, was very bad for us. Overall honestly I wouldn't personally recommend the capsules, perhaps normal dors are better...
