Friendly staff and great location, but the cleanliness is a big issue and room for improvement.
Staff is suuuuuper friendly, like suuuuuper duuuuper friendly. A good and friendly staff made everything easier to talk to or discuss with. Thanks for the free snack.

- • Room is slightly smaller for a double room, might not be everyone's cup of tea, but for us its all good and thats the pricing we paid for. 9.0 and not 10.0 is because the room we gotten actually got a lizard shit in the aircon and it dropped on the bed directly, not just one bit but quite a few and noticeable.
The location as convenient for me which is only 8 mins away from PICC. The facilities were better than the last time I was here.
