Luxurious, spacious and comfortable.
Everything was wonderful! The room was so large, spacious and comfortable. The pool areas and bars fantastic and we would absolutely stay again.

- • Unfortunately, Conrad Las Vegas was a very disappointing experience. The hotel may look impressive from the outside, but inside it feels tired, worn out, and poorly maintained. The rooms are old, very basic, and not particularly clean. The design gives the impression that someone tried to make it look “modern” many years ago, then simply gave up and went to a conference. And this is probably the main feeling of the hotel: you do not feel like a guest, you feel like a small ant lost inside a giant shopping mall, conference center, and train station all at the same time. There is no warmth, no coziness, no beauty, and no real sense of care for the guest. Everything feels huge, impersonal, crowded, and chaotic. The service was also very weak. It was difficult to get proper housekeeping or any real attention from the staff. The atmosphere is not “welcome to Las Vegas,” but more like “please take a number and try not to disturb the system.” The rooms themselves are especially disappointing: tired, poorly decorated, and cheap-looking. For a hotel of this category, I expected at least some comfort, cleanliness, and pleasant atmosphere. Instead, the overall feeling was that I was staying in the backstage area of a never-ending business conference. If you are looking for charm, comfort, good service, or a pleasant hotel experience, I would not recommend this hotel. It may be suitable if your dream vacation is to live inside a convention center with elevators.

Hotel was nice overall. We had issues with our room for the 1st couple of days & the staff did not seem to make it a priority to correct the situation. Would not put the property in the same category as the Wynn, Encore, Balligio, Fountain Bleau.

You will not get a text
We asked for early check In and we were told we would get a text when the room was ready we arrived at 8 am. We called to check the status of the room around 2..front seat was not helpful, finally they said they would check on it. They said 30 minutes it would be ready, we will get a text. By 430 we were like can we check in yet, and the lady up front was like yeah why.
