- • We requested a late check-out, it was accepted over the phone the day before, but the next day, luckily we asked for confirmation and were told it was not possible and that no one had noted it in our file. The receptionist was categorical, almost trying to make us look like liars.
The hotel is nice and without crowds of tourists like in themed hotels. It is located away from the most famous ones.

- • Very complicated interaction system with the reception. I wanted to order food to the room. I didn't understand the app right away. But I can't reach them by phone either, there's an answering machine. Please, consider that not everyone finds it convenient to order through the app. Moreover, the menu via QR code and the menu in the app are slightly different.
