There's good, and there's bad
Location wasn't the greatest but not far from the falls. Breakfast was hot. Most staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.

- • Very thin connecting door. The family in the next room was extremely loud through the doors that they woke me and my husband at 6am. Call to front desk sent an agent up, but they only got louder. Some staff weren't very welcoming and never smiled when approached. Bed was rock-hard and not comfortable at all. Tub has chips that have started rusting, making the tub look dirty in spots. The parking fee for a non-monitored lot.

- • Outdated bedding, pillow full of lumps. Air conditioning not working, staff aware but no action taken, 32 degrees in the room is unacceptable
It was a good stay. We find everything that we need.

- • I’m disappointed with the bed sheets and covering. It smells like it wasn’t changed and creased. I do hope you improve on this.
This is the second time that we have stayed at the Comfort and we like it.
Comfortable room, AC was a bit high so we had to adjust it.
