- • For a hotel of this price, we discovered that the rooms are only cleaned upon request. This particularity was not told to us either at the time of booking the hotel or at the reception when we arrived. Too bad, the hotel is well equipped but not very clean.

Location was absolutely nothing as advertised. The room was poor, the view out of the window was like looking at a backyard, there was a rotting smell coming from outside and the floor/carpet was disgustingly dirty. The atmosphere was surprisingly nice as well as the staff and breakfast. (Bacon and sausages were cold but tasty) We booked the room as part of our journey with Colorline ferry but will never stay again in this hotel.

The room was quite worn and old. The bed was very worn and old. Dirty towel in the bathroom.

Nice hotel, located a bit outside Skagen city, but still within walking distance for most. Fine rooms and good bed. Very delicious breakfast, and the restaurant is fantastic.

- • We contacted the reception regarding noise coming from a defective awning on the floor above us. Unfortunately, this was not addressed.

- • I have booked a Family room. Therefore, I have imagined that we would get a similar suite and have paid 7335 DKK. But we got a room where all the beds were next to each other.
