- • The poor receptionist always has to leave the reception when someone wants to pick up or park a car or motorcycle in the closed parking lot. A padlock with a door code for the guests would simplify everything and relieve the overloaded receptionist.

- • The doors to enter the room opened too easily, I felt insecure. There was a lot of noise in the restaurant upstairs
