Heat and no water
I always seek to protect my vehicle, and here there is parking for a more than moderate cost ($50), it is also just across the street, there are places outside but with payment through a parking meter. It is very close on foot to the center and places of interest.

- • It's very very hot in the room! There is no air conditioning or ceiling fan, no ventilation, there is a door that leads to the outside light and faces the side of the street, there is a foldable curtain that blocks all the light at night but not the noise from vehicles. The room lock was not functional. Outside the room, there is no light, you arrive in the dark to struggle with the lock to get in. And to my luck, the next morning there was no water... They said they would call the manager to come personally 😤 I got very upset and not knowing how long it would take, I asked for another room to shower, so I went in pajamas to the other room (which was cool) smaller but with running water! Then I crossed the courtyard with a towel on my head. It is a nice place, the person who received me was friendly and knows about customer service, the one who should have solved the water issue was not even empathetic. I got a bad room and a bad experience. Many hotels offer a room for this platform, I don't think the one assigned is suitable.

Great base for a few days in Puebla
The beautiful setting with the courtyard. The king-size bed. The helpful receptionist who gave us many great tips. The parking garage across the street.

- • The shower was a bit too low for tall people. In the second part of the room, there was a skylight above the bed that could not be darkened.

- • The hotel shares facilities with a restaurant, and although the spaces are respected, the noise in the evenings is a bit loud
