Fabulous. 2nd time back to this Resort, would happily book again.
Great place to stay with children, not far from the town (walking distance), food lovely in the restaurant, mini-golf for boys was great, mini-market stocked well, central to waterparks(slide & splash and Aquashow), used Uber to get everywhere - so cheap and easy to use. Highly recommend.

The apartment's were really comfortable. Very safe location and really lovely and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend staying here again. Thank you so much.

- • The reception staff is just horrible, not professional at all and no sense of customer service Regarding the restaurants, the service is still a bit slow and not always friendly

- • We travelled with 3 kids in buggies, they put us in the furthest location from all pools and it is all large hilled areas which is not easy with buggies, this should have been stated! Reception was not very friendly! Staff came 2 times in the full week to clean rooms and only changed towels, no bedding or anything else! When departing there were 2 bags of vegetables left behind and the cleaning staff handed them to us to dispose of, they had bins with them they could have disposed of, we washed all dishes before leaving and stripped beds! No thanks given! Chairs were stained when we arrived and when leaving the staff left taking photos of the chairs and giving dirty looks when they were already dirty! Paid well enough money!
