Paying for internet is the first time we've seen such a big downside. The entertainment wasn't very varied. The food was the same every day and not very tasty, especially the sweet options. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful, the shows are good, and lastly, the blue umbrellas make the beach look ugly and don't provide much protection.

Globally, a good resort. Additional charges for the Mini Safe and internet (per device) were the only downsides. Book a superior room, they are much better.

In contrast to most hotels, the club is built with low buildings, creating a family atmosphere. The rest is done by the staff. Then you've finally arrived among friends or even in a second home.

Un hôtel très moyen. Certainement pas digne de 5 étoiles. La nourriture n'était pas géniale. Les chambres étaient médiocres. Très surpeuplé pour la taille de l'hôtel.

Décevant!
The aquapark was super fun for children of all ages. The animation team was also fun. The room was okay. Cleaning was very disappointing. Staff was very unfriendly. Asking for a simple 'hello' was too much! The food was the same every day, no variety. And during dinner, you really had to rush to get a table inside. When we arrived, my son hit his head. We asked the reception ladies if they could get some ice so it wouldn't bruise. They couldn't, but we could do it ourselves. We didn't know our way around and were very tired. We even left earlier because we were very disappointed with this hotel!

A hotel for volleyball players in May
Everything is great! In May, it is intended for sports and active recreation. Even the sand from the body after games is washed off every day on the premises. Comfortable pools. It is safe to relax with children, everything is comfortable. Cons: the rooms are small, the air conditioners are directed towards the beds (strange). And the queue for omelets at breakfast was terribly annoying. Is it really that difficult to have 3-4-5 people preparing them? Otherwise, everything is excellent, the staff is friendly, and they also promptly helped to solve minor issues at the reception. Sometimes the cleaning staff missed things and forgot to put something, but the hotel was fully booked. I vacationed with my family and two children in May.
