- • The apartment was not very clean. We found an open can of coke and the kitchen had some stains which should have been removed.
Loved it - would definitely stay again. Would prefer to stay room only though
Fabulous, loved everything about it. I would have scored it a 10 if it wasn’t for the breakfast

- • The services was poor in the restaurant. No butter!
The location and room facilities were good, but it was inconvenient to use two rooms for a family of five
Coffee makers and washing machines were also fully equipped, making it very easy to stay.

- • We used two rooms as a family, but we felt inconvenient because they were separated on the 12th and 3rd floors and we couldn't use the elevator without a card to move back and forth.
Perfect place for the weekend or longer!

- • It would have been nice to know the jacuzzi was out of action as it’s one of the reasons I book here as it has the facilities. Also breakfast service was rather slow and they kept getting the order wrong and delivering the wrong items or unfinished order even though it was quiet at out time of dining
The building's location is excellent, but unfortunately it needs a proactive operational management team that is aware

- • The poor conduct of the person in charge of the breakfast restaurant, as well as the poor quality of the food, reflects a lack of concern from the general management.
Fab apartment in great location
Stayed here a few times before so love the apartments and the location. Always have good amenities and the staff are very helpful.

- • Nothing, we only stayed 1 night this time so I did think it was a little pricey but it was also a Saturday night. There are cheaper options in Manchester, however I didn’t want to risk getting something of a lower standard.
