- • We booked a city view room, but we were offered a first-floor room which only can see cars and people on road, no 'city view' at all. In addition, there is no tissue in the room. The linen and pillows on the bed are very old.
Location was great for the city and studio was well equipped, if you did choose to cook in your room.

Nice location however the hotel itself is neglected
The location was good, very central. The room was a good size with separate bedroom to living space. Breakfast was a nice selection to choose from

- • The facilities state “pool and steam room” however our block only had a pool. We asked to use the other block for the steam room which we were allowed however when we got there the steam room wasn’t working. A staff member came in to “turn it on” and 40 minutes later it still wasn’t working. The jacuzzi had chewing gum stuck to the side of it, tiles were broken and loose on the steps into the pool which could’ve caused injury’s. We also had a big orange stain on our sofa that could’ve been cleaned.
