Good hotel with obstacles.
There are many restaurants on the premises, so you don't have to walk long distances. The rooms were cleaned every day - even if you got up around noon. The room was exchanged without any problems when we realized that my wife couldn't use the shower in the bathtub due to her physical limitations.

- • No one showed up at the spa after we rang multiple times to book a massage appointment. Very unfortunate and a no-go! The premises are not wheelchair accessible. There are many curbs and steps at the entrances to the restaurants that could be made wheelchair-friendly with inexpensive rubber ramps. Maybe the hotel will invest a bit of money in this. Then we will gladly come back.
Beautiful property. Nice spa area.

- • Swimming pool very tired, dirty, missing tiles, and hydro massage doesn’t work. Big let down for a 5-star hotel.
