- • While my husband and I were sleeping, your staff rang the doorbell and entered the room immediately without waiting for us to answer the door. They assumed that no one was inside. They informed us that their boss had instructed them to check the bathroom because the water flow was not good. However, it appears there was a lack of proper communication among the staff. We believe they should have confirmed whether the room was occupied and waited for our permission before entering, as this affected our privacy.
