- • Very disappointed with my stay. The person at the reception first assigned me a room with a window at foot level, which absolutely did not allow me to enjoy the city view. I had to insist and waste time before she finally agreed to change my room. In addition, she refused to give me my invoice, claiming that she would send it to me by email a few days after my check-out. Fortunately, her colleague present in the morning was able to give it to me on the spot. This lack of professionalism and consideration is regrettable.

- • The value for money mainly since it is a hotel that is fine but has nothing special, one expected larger or more comfortable rooms. They should warn that before the entrance to the hotel's garage on the back street there is another garage where one can enter by mistake and get locked in because the door closes behind. The hotel's garage is the second one and has a small sign, but when one arrives, they are told that the garage is around the corner and one can mistakenly enter the first one if it happens to be open, it is an easy mistake to make.
