Very good stay.
We had a courtyard-facing room as requested at booking, very quiet and well oriented (temperate temperature despite the external heat). The hotel is very well located in the city center, close to the train station and tourist areas. The room is comfortable and spacious, clean, with storage space and has good bedding. The breakfast room is pleasant. The staff is welcoming and available.

Great aparthotel with great staff, 24/7, in a very convenient location
This was a welcome hybrid accommodation: a spacious, well designed and equipped studio apartment, with 24/7 human staffed reception. There was always someone and they were always, friendly, full of information and eager to be of assistance. For example, we were trying to book SNCF train tickets at their website, which is only in French, on our phone. It was difficult to know if we were doing it correctly. The desk staff went through the whole process with us to make sure we reserved the tickets with the specifics we wanted. A restaurant was available on the ground floor for buffet breakfast if you preferred. There is a lovely open, private atrium to sit al fresco in peace and quiet. Coffee available 24/7. A supermarket was less than a 5-minute walk. Many sites were within walking distance and the Metro was nearby for longer sojourns. Also surrounded by restaurants of all kinds, coffee shops, shopping, etc. Parking was under the building, with an elevator to your floor, at 18 euros per day. You could store your luggage if arriving before check-in.

The room on the ground floor is ideal for my wife who has difficulty walking, with folding feet and its large table.

Perfect for a Rugby weekend
Location is perfect for us, we've stayed here for the last four years when coming over to Toulouse for the rugby. The beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious.
