- • All was good and perfect 🤩
A very well designed suite room which we loved a lot but a little pity the housekeeping part failed.
Love the location to old town like 20 mins tram ride.

- • 1) carpark entrance was tight for big cars - challenging. 2) the floor of the site room I stayed wasn’t clean. Our foot were all dark grey and we figured out how dirty it was when we cleaned the floor with some water with a white kitchen towel. 3) Housekeeping should be more attentive with cleaning as well as making sure kitchen tools are checked coz I had a broken cutting knife which I asked for a replacement

Family Trip to Munich
We had a 2 bedroom apartment (not many hotels in Munich with that option), and the room was great. The Tram station is 2 minutes from the hotel, with a supermarket on one side, and Subway on the other. The Central Station is about a 15 minutes walk away, and the town center is pretty close. Overall, a pleasant stay.

- • Better, CLEARER messaging on the breakfast instructions. Staff at checkout could do with better customer training (when we explained that we had made an error with selecting kids for the breakfast, when they were free) - almost condescending implying we had made a grave mistake, and not admitting any fault. That bit left a sour taste on top of an otherwise pleasant stay. The rest of the staff at reception other days were fine.
