He went above and beyond to make our evening special by helping us choose drinks, arranging excellent seating, and ensuring our food was well organized and served smoothly. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. Milan made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. Outstanding service like his is the reason we look forward to returning to Nuga Gama again!

Tea Lounge
We had a great time at the Cinnamon Grand Tea Lounge celebrating our birthday with a high tea buffet. The food was delicious and a perfect surrounding for family time. Mr. Tharindu and team provided excellent service, which is commendable. Very friendly and supportive. Had a great evening!!!

ONE OF THE BEST HIGH TEA EXPERIENCES
We enjoyed the high tea very much. It was amazing with lots of varieties. One of the best high teas in Colombo. Tharindu was very helpful and keep up the good work.

Excellent stay
Excellent facilities and restaurants, excellent staff - staff at the front office, housekeeping, and Wasantha from laundry couldn’t help enough, and staff at breakfast went above and beyond to look after our needs, especially Dhananjalee. All in all, an excellent stay.
