- • I needed to specify that I wanted a bed on the first floor. But I was offered one on the upper floor. And the hostel is on the 4th floor, if you have a big suitcase, there is no elevator.

Second time staying at the hostel and another excellent experience. Good rooms and beds, with a good bathroom as well. Very well located and extremely attentive staff

Relaxing nice hostel, good value, handy location
15min walk from Warsaw Central (there are some instructions, I found only the first part was clear then saw multiple signs pointing with the second indicator - my tip is to just use a map). Easy enough to find, and on level 3 of an old building - apartments converted to hostel rooms. Then led to room - like a movie maze going upstairs/downstairs - I know I was tired, but tracing my steps back to reception to go out got me lost on the first 2 attempts, lol - equally hard trying to recall some of the steps to get to the room. 6 bed dorm has its own toilet-shower, lower bunks have curtains, all have light + 2 lower power outlets, includes medium locker. Nice large lounge with 2 small balcony seating areas, and adjoining large kitchen - very well equipped

- • Standard check-in process gives a much better experience: either make a brief mention, or point people to a 1-page info list: I wasn't told about kitchens, nearby trams, etc. Turns out there are 2 more small kitchens near the room clusters; no mention of laundry. Stairs very dark at night - USB recharge sensor lights would solve this.
Friendly staff, rooms were clean and well organized. Having a kitchen to prepare food is excellent. Common area is great - I managed to work from there peacefully.

- • My mattress was worn out.
Cozy and clean structure, great location, helpful staff, possibility to leave luggage. I recommend!
