Great hotel for smokers

We had booked this hotel because it was close to the airport. The restaurant was closed, and there was nothing nearby. At the reception, the girls didn't speak a word of English.

I've rarely bothered to leave reviews of hotels, but my experience here left me quite furious. I stayed in the hotel in October, so not so hot outside. However, it was VERY hot in my room, at one point it was 27c. Clearly the Air Con wasn't functioning so I asked reception. They sent a technician who proceeded to LIE about the situation saying it would take time to cool down. Eventually they admitted that they had turned off the Air Con for the whole hotel to save money and gave me a cooling unit, which did almost nothing I should add. I would still be annoyed but be prepared to accept this at a cheaper hotel, but this is meant to be 5* luxury. Being able to sleep at a comfortable temperature is a BASIC requirement and one that I wouldn't ever imagine would be an issue at such a hotel.

The hotel is very clean, the service is excellent, a great variety of food at breakfast, and the hotel offers a wide range of options for guests.

Superb
Wonderful stay in the hotel! The reception ladies are top! helped us to carry luggage, called a taxi, etc. very professional and helpful to our stay. Peaceful and calm place. I was traveling with my family with two boys, they enjoyed the swimming pool and thermal disposition. Perfect place for those who are energetic ;-) I recommend without hesitation.

- • The only little thing is that we arrived (early April) before the start-up of the central air conditioning... the room is a little bit warm on a sunny day although with an opened window. It won't be an issue when it's cloudy.

The nice trip
The hot spring is very nice. There are 6 types of hot springs and 4 types of saunas and pools. The Chinese restaurant has good taste.
