A wonderful place, unforgettable and we would definitely return!
The place is beautiful, the view a dream, the SPA inside the room relaxing. We had bad days of a lot of rain and less snow than expected and still could enjoy the landscape and view from the room (21). The whole team always very kind, patient, flexible, Nahuel, Augustines, also from the restaurant. We feel that we receive special attention and are not treated as "just another" guest. Communication via WhatsApp is perfect, super fast. We forgot 5 pots of Franuís when moving to another hotel and they kept them for us in the freezer for 3 days, giving us all the security. After check-out, they allowed us to work in the hotel restaurant for a few hours. That helped us a lot. Breakfast was very good although I think they could have more variations from one day to the next. Overall, it was spectacular and we would definitely return. Just a tip: if you stay in the room with a SPA, reserve some periods of the trip to enjoy the room and hotel, as you may feel that you have not enjoyed enough, as it is really nice. Oh, and reserve an afternoon to watch the sunset from the room, wonderful. Thank you guys!

- • Although the restaurant is beautiful and cozy and has beautiful views too, we did not like the cost-benefit of lunch. Too expensive for little food, above average. The location is good for being by the lake and having very good restaurants very close, we walked to El Patacon which is highly recommended and very good. However, for the center and other tours, you always need Uber. The bathtub seems to release some product similar to sand, but I informed the reception and they cleaned it again very quickly, however, it remained... I imagine it is something that comes with the water, but that's okay.

Our stay at Hotel Charming was simply exceptional and, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip to Bariloche. The hotel's greatest asset is its staff. We would especially like to thank Daniel, Nahui, Franco, and the two team members named Agustín. Every single person we met was incredibly attentive, efficient, kind, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. It is rare to find such a consistently high level of hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate my 50th birthday—a thoughtful and elegant gesture that made us feel truly special. Every evening, we also received the next day's weather forecast along with a "Dulces Noches" message and a delicious sweet treat. These small touches perfectly reflect the hotel's attention to detail and genuine care for its guests. The breakfast deserves special recognition. It is outstanding, offering an extensive selection of high-quality products, all beautifully presented. Every morning felt like a wonderful experience in itself. Our cabin exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well equipped, featuring excellent heating, a cozy fireplace, a relaxing bathtub, a private parrilla (Argentinian barbecue), and two balconies overlooking the lake and the beach. Every detail had been carefully considered to provide maximum comfort. The hotel itself is beautiful, easily accessible, and set in a breathtaking location. It is the perfect place to relax and fully enjoy the beauty of Patagonia. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already considering returning next year, this time for a longer visit to explore the region even more. If we had to choose the highlight of our trip, Hotel Charming would certainly be at the very top of the list. Congratulations to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. - • There was a bit of inflexibility during checkout, I requested an additional hour for checkout, but it was not granted. HOWEVER, this is an isolated fact and does not diminish the excellence of the hotel and the staff's service. Would return 1000 times

Excellent breakfast as well as the other meals. In one of the dinners, we were treated to gastronomic surprises from the Chef along with Franco. In another, we wanted to eat soup that is not part of the menu, but the Chef made a wonderful one. The entire team was very attentive, in a good mood, and made us feel special. We want to thank the Chef who remained hidden (hence we do not know the name), Franco, Augustin, Dafna, Ayelén, Daniel, and Nahuel with whom we had daily contact. To the others who remained hidden, like the Chef, we also thank and wish you success, because you work very well and deserve it. Thank you very much, Sonia and Silvio.

Everything!!!!!! The place is incredible, it has the best views, the rooms are perfect, having your own spa inside your room is the best, perfect breakfast, impeccable service!!
