A magnificent and comfortable hotel with a very friendly staff
We have only great memories of our stay at the Charisma Hotel. The hotel is very well located, right by the sea, with an excellent pool area and a beautiful seaside deck where you can relax and enjoy the water. For guests traveling by car, the hotel offers complimentary valet parking, which was very convenient for us. The reception staff were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and given all the information we needed about the hotel and its facilities. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. I also asked if an upgrade would be possible, and the hotel very kindly upgraded our room at no additional cost, even though we were staying during the high season. We really appreciated this gesture and the excellent service we received throughout our stay.

- • The only point to keep in mind is that this is a very large hotel, so there can be quite a lot of guests, especially during the high season. If you are looking for a very quiet and intimate atmosphere, you should be prepared for a busier environment. For us, however, this did not take away from the overall quality of our stay.
Perfect in every way
Absolutely everything was perfect. Perfect location. Perfect facilities and decor. Professional and available staff. The spa is a gem. The sublime sea view. The dining varied each meal and was delicious.

- • In the sunbathing area, there were many people, and we did not always find a place (neither in the umbrella area nor in the pool area). It was a little walk to go to the city

- • the details of the hotel, bed linen, breakfast buffet, speed of room cleaning, communication problem with room service due to language barrier, bad pillows, were very disappointing!!! It's a real pity for such a gorgeous view, building, and location to be handled with such low-quality standards
A wonderful and memorable stay made especially special by the genuinely caring and attentive staff.
The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about our comfort. A special thank you to Ömer at reception and Filiz from Guest Relations for always being so helpful and welcoming. Dilek from Housekeeping was absolutely wonderful — our room was always spotless, beautifully organized, and cared for with great attention to detail. We really appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the whole team.

- • We had a few issues with our room when we first arrived, which was a little disappointing. However, the team responded incredibly quickly and had everything sorted by the very next day. Their attentiveness and willingness to help completely turned the situation around, so it didn’t negatively affect our overall experience.
