The staff was very friendly (from the reception, manager to the security guards at the gate), nothing was too much to ask. The hotel was well-maintained with a beautiful garden and a cozy breakfast by the water. Our flight was canceled, so we arrived a day later, they were understanding about it, which we greatly appreciate. The location is also great!

Beautiful property, and location in old Bangkok
Excellent location, staff were so professional and helpful. We were upgraded and the room was so beautiful and spacious.

Idyllic
We were lucky to have the suite overlooking the river, exceptional location, with open space and private area, our children had the adjoining suite which was equally sumptuous.
