- • My husband and myself were disappointed by the reception we received from the check-in staff. When we first walked in, a guy was yelling to someone in the other room. When the lady came out, she was talking on the phone in a different language (at no time during our check-in did she stop talking on the phone), and then a young boy came out and checked us in. He didn't really explain anything, asked for our credit card and my license to photocopy, didn't say why, gave us the key, and walked away - he certainly didn't tell us where our room was. The shower tiles' grout was dirty, and the bathroom fan didn't work.
Pleasant, clean, and comfortable room in central Nelson
Lovely patio, very clean, and good quality fittings. Central, could walk to restaurants, free parking, very pleasant.

Clean, comfortable, and in a great location to downtown and supermarket.
The motel manager, Harry, was very attentive, responsive, and would go out of his way to meet any requests we had. The motel was recommended to us by a friend, and we will recommend it also.
