We stayed from August 6th to 13th, the location is perfect, a stone's throw from the center of Chania and a stone's throw from a mini/supermarket, as well as the pedestrian area. The staff is friendly and kind, the rooms are very clean. Perfect hotel for those who want to stay in the center. I would like to add that there is a completely free parking lot a 1-minute walk from the hotel for those who intend to rent a car. The parking lot is located in front of the supermarket closest to the hotel.

Very nice and modern hotel with a perfect location! I have never met such a kind and good staff! From the first moment we arrived, we felt very comfortable and welcomed! Olga is so lovely, kind, and very helpful. Our son got sick during our stay there, and she took great care of everything. Lady Stella in the kitchen is like an angel, the cleaning lady as well, and the other girl at the reception too. Very clean every single day and everywhere in the hotel! We will come back for sure and we recommend it to everyone!
