It has to be a five-star hotel. The service is beyond expectations. When we arrived early, they warmly welcomed us by offering breakfast. I want to specially thank the girl who takes care of breakfast and tell her that she is a superwoman. Everything she makes is fresh for everyone - fresh orange juice, instant omelet, delicious sweets, and homemade cakes. The best breakfast I have ever had. She is very kind, helpful, and always has a smile on her face. All the staff provides excellent service with a great energy that you can feel. The housekeeping girl is also perfect; our room was 100% clean when we came back at the end of the day, which made us feel comfortable after a long day at the beach. Thank you all, you deserve more than 5 stars.

Best hotel ever
Our stay at City Central Hotel in Chania was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. From the very first day, the entire staff made us feel welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The administrators were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you goes to Olga, who is without a doubt the best hotel administrator we have ever met. I was planning to propose to my girlfriend during our stay, and Olga went above and beyond to help make this moment unforgettable. She helped me organize and prepare everything, provided excellent suggestions, and even created a detailed list of places we should visit around Chania. Every recommendation turned out to be fantastic and helped us discover the beauty of Crete. Whenever I asked for assistance, it was provided immediately and with genuine enthusiasm. She even lent us a beach umbrella, which was incredibly thoughtful and useful during our trips. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast. Mrs. Stella was always cheerful, communicative, and welcoming. Every morning started with her positive energy and warm smile. Her pancakes were simply outstanding - the best pancakes we have ever had! What touched us the most was the incredible effort the staff made to celebrate our engagement. They prepared thoughtful gifts and surprises for us, making this special occasion even more memorable. These personal touches showed how much they truly care about their guests. The combination of excellent service, warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness created an experience we will never forget. We left City Central Hotel with beautiful memories and very positive feelings. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chania and would gladly return in the future. The hotel in the city center was an additional plus because everything was very close. 2 minutes from the hotel, there was a bus station, which allowed easy travel to other tourist areas. The hotel was very, very clean, with polite staff. Mrs. Olga was fantastic and a very nice lady who helped with everything!! Definitely an exceptional place to relax, an atmosphere almost like home, cheerful and comfortable. I highly recommend Central City Hotel!!! If I go to Chania again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Upon our arrival, the hotel had assigned us a very pleasant room for 3, but it overlooked an interior space.

- • The second room for two was small with a bathroom in two parts, the sink being outside the bathroom in the room. Furthermore, this room was VERY noisy. We felt all night as if we were on the street.
