Good value for money, big rooms
Lovely big rooms. Exactly what we needed for a night before our flight. Staff were lovely and friendly. We were even shown to our rooms.

- • Needs modernising, redecorating, it was very noisy in our room 113, a generator or loud fan or something but as loud as a motorbike going on and off all night.

A delightful relaxing stay during what was supposed to be just a flight change.
It was a relaxing, comfortable country inn, close to the airport, yet along a quiet rural lane. The staff were very helpful. The manager, and the desk clerk the next morning helped find bus schedules for me.

- • The restaurant took only card payments - no cash. This was inconvenient because I had just walked several km to get British pound paper notes, which I had to do after finding out the Cardiff airport did not have a currency exchange.
Brilliant would definitely would stay again
The staff was so helpful an friendly we stayed on 1 of the hottest days an our room was very hot reception gave us a fan to use in our room

- • No a/c and being on the ground floor you couldn’t open your windows but a crack. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

- • Rooms were very hot. I had requested 2 rooms next to or very near each other due to children which was acknowledged and upon arrival couldn’t have been further away from each other
