The service and follow-up. The suite is clean and well-appointed. The hosts are friendly and available, we were even contacted regularly to make sure everything was going well. Clear explanations to help us arrive easily, without getting stressed about navigating the limited traffic areas that trap the old town. In addition, a welcome gift and a small binder with restaurants and places to visit, as well as some practical instructions. All of this was useful for us to avoid struggling to find where to eat / what to do. If we return to Genoa another time, we will try to find this apartment first.

Typical Italian apartment in the heart of the city
Location is great. The apartment is in the middle of the city. Everything is within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is a typical Italian apartment. Cozy, nice, and very clean. It was a bit tight with two teenagers. The owner is very helpful, available all the time.

- • As the apartment is in the city center, neighbors are really close. The sofa bed is not the most comfortable one, but we could sleep well.

Conforming to the photos
Very clean and functional apartment, just a bit dark, otherwise nothing to say. However, for people with reduced mobility or difficulty walking, it should be avoided, a long walk from the parking lot, a fairly steep street, and accommodation on the second floor without an elevator.

Has everything you need, close to the center. Very easy communication with the owners, even without knowing Italian or English.

- • The ad does not clearly state that you have to park a 10-minute walk away, in a paid parking lot at €25/day (pedestrian street). With luggage, children, and the heat, the journey is not easy. The apartment is in a historic district but we did not find it pleasant to walk around in the evening as a family.
