- • Perhaps the only thing to consider is that they do not have breakfast option at the hotel. However, there are easy options nearby

- • The toilet paper was dirty, incredible that this detail goes unnoticed being an item of HYGIENE. They say you have to reserve the private parking but in the end they told us that whoever arrives first will have it, The TV was crooked and ultra small, the channels didn’t load until they were changed the paper and restarted the device. The room did not match the photos presented in the application. What is most annoying is this last point and the toilet paper for a room of more than 2 thousand pesos per night

Its gardens and the silence at night. Despite being close to the House of Culture, the thick walls of the accommodation block the sound; also, the classes end early, so they do not interrupt sleep

- • The lack of a phone in the room: to request something you have to go to the office. In my case, the handling of the TV remote control

- • A lot of mosquitoes at night. Like a lot and they are annoying. We booked the master suite with a kitchen but we didn’t get the room as promised in pics. Instead we were provided with another one with no kitchen but with an additional mezzanine with a small bed. It is ok with the new room but we’d appreciate it if they inform us in advance
