Overall, great stay. Definitely recommend.
The service was incredible. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The Hotel is near Circasia, and easy 5-10 min drive and located near most important attractions of the coffee region. The hotel is well kept and the breakfast is also really good.

- • There was a problem with the Jacuzzi on a night that we were really hoping to use it. We also did not know that there were no A/C units in the rooms, and during the summer it gets pretty hot. When we mentioned this to the staff, they were kind enough to find fans for us.

- • I didn't notice it at the time, but on the website it had a different price plus the service and at the time of payment I paid a little more. like 20,000 pesos more... but the place was worth it.

The bed was huge, the views from the balcony and the jacuzzi. There was hot water. And the staff was super friendly, they helped you with everything. Highly recommended!!
