Pablo at the reception is very professional. The establishment is pretty and tastefully decorated. The pool is very pleasant and warm. The valet service is efficient.

- • There is no restaurant open in the evening, the quality of the room service is average. The restaurant opens too late in the morning. The restaurant staff would benefit from training.

One of the best hotels we stayed in during our travels in Mexico! Very comfortable and atmospheric rooms. Nice swimming pool and good breakfast. Location is very convenient for exploring Cholula.

The staff, Miriam and Damian, hosted our stay at the boutique hotel. They were the kindest and most helpful people. They helped us with our needs from finding a beauty salon, buying denture paste for my mom, and a shower bench for her to shower safely. Miriam and Damian made us feel super welcome. We are very grateful for their hospitality. Obviously, the premises were impeccable and beautiful.
