- • Needs more maintenance. The bathroom floor is average. They only provided towels and a shower mat. I don't know what the breakfast coffee tastes like. Otherwise, it's fine.
Unbeatable location. Next to a square with bars, restaurants, and many shops. And above all, next to the park where the initiatic well is located. But when I say next to, I mean right next to.

- • It smelled like humidity when entering the building we were assigned. Room: Lisbon. Clean but very basic. They did have nice touches like leaving a water heater and teas in case you felt like making some. The breakfast was complete, buffet style, on a large table for all guests. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
Nice guest house in a good location
Location near the center. The room was like an apartment with a double and a single bed. Windows on all sides. Very friendly lady at breakfast.

- • Cleaning and clean towels had to be requested, but then it was arranged neatly. No fridge in the room, which would be nice in high temperatures.

Perfect for staying in Sintra
Very kind staff, the room was very clean and tidy, the location is very convenient for buses to the castle and for restaurants, just a few minutes walk. There is a beautiful garden at the back, a common room to relax, maybe read or just rest.

Good location within walking distance of the Regaleira Palace on the edge of the old town. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Our room rate included breakfast, which I found good. Guests have access to a lovely little garden where you can enjoy wine, which can be purchased on-site. There is also always free coffee and lemon water available. The customer service was really good.

- • There is no soundproofing in the building, so walking in the room above sounds like a crash.

- • The bathroom, the sink drain doesn't work, the shower door doesn't close properly and water leaks. A face towel was missing
