Top location in the old city center for a short or long stay
Very good location, private garden shared with 1 other apartment but otherwise nicely enclosed. Nice large apartment with separate bedroom, good bed, good kitchen, and very friendly hostess. Whenever we needed something, she was quickly reachable and also helped a lot with finding parking and good restaurants

- • Many mosquitoes coming in through cracks, shower could use a refresh, and no storage space in the bathroom. Consider providing some mosquito repellent. An English manual for the oven would be useful.

Great stay
The apartment is spacious and right in the middle of the old town of Funchal. You can reach everything on foot and otherwise you are not far from the Central Bus Station.

- • The only thing that is important is that due to the central location, it is naturally not super quiet. For us, this was not a problem, our child could still sleep.
