great location. walking distance from ferry and near all shops and restaurants. also far enough to be quiet and calm., room was clean and well. the only problem was shower. worked super slow. the owner Teresa fixed the issue right away but still slow enough. best part was sharing kitchen with basic needs. lovely guest house to relax and chill with a courtyard.

Very pleasant!
Teresa was very friendly, organized, and helpful. I loved the accommodation and the facilities, had air conditioning, fan, and even a clothesline to hang bathing suits. The location was very good, very close to downtown, taxis, and the ferry.

A wonderful experience. The accommodation and location are perfect. Teresa is an exceptional host, always attentive to every guest's need. Her positive energy makes the stay even more pleasant and enjoyable. The cleanliness is impeccable. Definitely, a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful island of Cozumel.

very good option for a slightly calmer village stay and good restaurant at a few steps
very well organized and close to the ferry, but not too much. It was much nicer and quieter, even if just one block away from the seafront. This street was much calmer and with good eateries and felt less hectic and definitely less noisy. Owner has organized everything very well and it is a functional place with a human touch. Price is convenient.

- • The bedroom was a bit compact (when we return, we have seen a bigger one in the same hotel that we would select) and there was too much artificial light coming from outside (also this can be resolved switching room)
A day in Cozumel is enough.
The room on the upper floor very bright and very clean. Water and coffee available.

- • Mattress hardness and non-soft pillows. The plan and sink in the bathroom are too high, not practical for someone of small stature. For me, it was okay measuring 1.62cm.
I really enjoyed my 4 nights stay here. Theresa the host was lovely as was the other lady I met when I first arrived. The property is a five-minute walk from the ferry terminal, so really easy to find. It’s close to many lovely restaurants and cafes. My room was cozy and was cleaned and tidied every day. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I were to come back to Cozumel. Many thanks.
