Excellent location, close to restaurants, bars, shopping, ferry terminal.
Teresa our host was extremely helpful with whatever we required. Also gave us lots of options for restaurants and Beach club locations for our 7 night stay.

Very clean studio, spacious, bright, and with a very comfortable bed. Teresa, the property owner, is very kind and helpful. Provides a lot of useful information to make the most of the island. Good location near the center.

The property is located in a strategic position, a 5-minute walk from the port, right in the center. Although the room was a bit small, Casa del Sol is very cozy, quiet, clean, has a spacious shared kitchen, and a characteristic inner garden. The owner, Teresa, is welcoming, helpful, and you can turn to her for any need or simply to benefit from her excellent advice on how to move around the island, on the beaches, on typical restaurants, and much more.

The rooms are super clean, comfortable and very well maintained. One can see how much they care and put effort also in the patio area. Teresa is also super nice and was very approachable and helpful. I only can recommend a stay here and will certainly return if I stay again in Cozumel!
