- • The outside noise is very audible. Because the place is a little off the main street, nights can be scary.
The perfect city center stay in Cancun
The hotel staff were in constant touch to make sure the arrival and self check-in was flawless. The location is impeccable in the heart of the city center. Finally, the accommodation facilities are great, cleaning is impeccable, and facilities in general are excellent. Great value!

The host's constant, quick, and timely communication, was attentive to every question, it was a 10/10 place, clean, tidy, something that is greatly appreciated is the attention to the amenities and after traveling for several days, the super comfort of the bed, I rested very well. Excellent choice.

- • It was extremely complicated to get into the house. Before arrival, I received no information and I also didn't know that it was a self-check-in. Luckily, other guests let me into the hotel. Then I was able to connect to the WiFi to communicate with the host. However, she always rejected my calls. To get access to the key, I had to send her a copy of my passport and booking number. Never again...
