- • The cleanliness of the bathrooms is non-existent. In a January review, I read that there was a puddle in the girls' bathroom. Relax, it's still there. I don't know if they want to declare it a new lagoon of the island and make it visitable. One day the toilet paper ran out and the next day it was not replenished, so I assumed they didn't come to clean. Two days later there was toilet paper, but the puddle was still there, so either the person who came did not consider that it needed cleaning or it quickly reappeared and the underlying problem has not been solved. Also, it doesn't smell good. In the shared shower one night, I found a cockroach visiting. The wifi never worked. The towels they left us were washed, but had black stains. We had no contact with any staff member. We were asked to notify upon arrival, I did and there was no response. When leaving, I informed that I would leave the keys in the room and still had no response. All this could be understood in a particularly cheap accommodation, but this one, while not expensive, is true, not cheap either.
Good for a short trip ☺️

- • Being central, it is quite noisy on the street at night. We only had access to the information to enter the accommodation because we contacted them (on the same day). We had a problem with the room assignment, which was resolved after some time. We never had any contact from the property. The room they gave us, although it had a kitchen, was very hot and with a skylight (it had a portable fan). Parking nearby can be a problem.
Large loft with comfortable space but AC needs fixing.
The top floor has a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen. Easily sleeps 4. Dining table. Kitchen with many utensils, pots, fridge, stove, microwave. There is a nice walk-out to an outside pad.

- • The A/C was not working. Did troubleshooting with property management and although they couldn’t fix it that night, I opened the water drain in the back and put a pot under it to catch the water and the AC unit was able to work all night.

- • The room smelled very unpleasant and it didn’t go away even with all windows open. The room looks old and shabby, especially the bathroom. Shower drain was overflowing after 30 sec while it takes roughly 5 min for water to get warm. AC vent was not even attached. The staff didn’t respond to messages prior to arrival or during the stay. “24/7 front desk” was empty the whole time.
Mobile Air conditioning in the room. There was a lot of noise outside to sleep with open windows.

- • The room wasn't ready for us when we arrived late in the evening. No one was answering phones mentioned in the booking. After a while we were proposed to use another room, which was smaller and had only one bed instead of two in the room we booked.

The location was great. Very clean with loads of tiny details, all the amenities you can think of were available! Parking was in front of the door

- • I stayed in a room without a private bathroom, that's okay, but repairs are needed in the public toilets.
