- • Room cleanliness was terrible, with trash in the drawers. The bathroom was very dirty with feces residue and used items. Also, there was no hand gel in the dispensers. The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all.

- • There is no kitchen, the website shows a kitchen that does not exist. There was no hairdryer in the room, no glass for drinking water, no reception treat like a bottle of water.

- • Communication with the landlord was catastrophic. We only received extra toilet paper and kitchen roll through chance encounters with the cleaning staff. Messages were generally ignored, except for a question about the Wi-Fi, where we were referred to non-existent information sheets. After issues with network registration, requests for assistance were again ignored. The stairwell constantly smells. The door to the attic was not locked, and you could almost see outside through the roof, without a window. Two of the windows in the living room and bedroom could be opened, but only a crack, as the mechanism to fix the opening degree is not functional. Even with the balcony door open, the air in the apartment is stale. There are mold stains everywhere on the walls and ceiling, especially in the bathroom. The vacation rental is constantly too humid, towels simply do not dry. There is a loose insect screen behind a gray couch. There are no closets for clothes! You can feel every spring in the mattress. We placed it on the couch in the living room to be able to sleep somewhat comfortably. The balcony is not prepared and serves as a toilet or a lounge for pigeons. The kitchen utensils are in poor condition, the knives are partially bent, and the pan is disgusting. There is no broom. Pillows, blankets, and towels were stored at the time of the stay loosely on open shelves in the unlocked storage room on the ground floor. The noise pollution is enormous, partly due to the location, partly due to the condition of the building.

Although the location was central, I do not believe the description was entirely accurate.
The location was central, making it very convenient to walk to restaurants, tours, etc. The breakfast provided was more than enough for two people and was a nice display of local foods, fruits, and pastries. Once operational, the AC worked well.

- • The family studio was up a very steep flight of stairs, the kitchenette was sparsely equipped, no sofa, no breakfast on the first morning but was provided after we inquired. Communication was challenging, messaging within booking.com seemed to work the best, although I could not get any information about making a parking reservation ahead of our stay, so I ended up canceling the rental car. There was some leftover clothing in the wardrobe when we arrived. The guest information booklet noted that towels would be replaced every 3 days, but this was not the case. We did not use the balcony (not sure if the window handle was working, so we didn't try it).
