- • No one to open the door. Poorly marked location if you arrive with no reception or anyone speaking English. Remotely managed and hard to figure out on your own.
It is an abuse to make charges for things that never existed
My stay at Casa Carmen was good overall, but unfortunately, the experience ended in a very unpleasant way. At the end of our stay, we were informed that we would be charged for a supposed digital key that, according to their staff, was in the room. I explained that key was never there and was never provided to me. Throughout our stay, we exclusively used the numerical code they gave us to access the room. Despite my explanation, they decided to proceed with the charge solely based on their staff's claim that the key was there. It seems very unfair to charge a guest for something they never received or used. I have no reason to lie about a key that was never in the room. It's a shame that a stay that was good overall ends like this, with a charge for an item that was never given to me.

Excellent place if you do not require an invoice
The staff's attention is spectacular.

- • When I asked for the invoice, they said they would provide it within 2 to 3 weeks (I had never experienced anything like this before). It was resolved much sooner, but it was very unpleasant.
Everything impeccable and tasteful. Delicious breakfast and excellent service.

Little gem 2 steps from the historic center
Sleek artist's house, decorated with great taste. Attention to the smallest details. Refined and very indulgent breakfast. Attentive staff. You feel at home. Interior suite not facing the street. Everything is done / main attractions are within walking distance.
