- • The views were awful. Not warned on the Booking portal (now I understand why) or at check-in. At check-out, the receptionist confessed that her colleagues didn't tell me and told me that I would have a bad day. Superior levels of education and customer service are needed. I will write a formal complaint. Attached real photos of the view from the window.

- • Muy decepcionante en general considerando el precio de la habitación. El desayuno buffet es muy básico. Lo mismo para las habitaciones (hay un aire acondicionado que es de la última centuria - muy ruidoso) así como las instalaciones. Presumen de tener una piscina pero tiene el tamaño de un estanque.
